Casa Mai Mai
Casa Mai Mai is located in the gated community of Caramar surrounded by nature and now boasts a new pool. It has everything you need to feel at home with updated linens and beach towels. It's a short 4 min walk to the beach and one of the worlds famous surf spots, Playa Negra. It has a complete kitchen and outdoor BBQ. Enjoy the outdoor shower, hammocks and shaded patios, including covered parking. Wake up the sounds of Howler monkeys and parrots singing, end the day with a beautiful CR sunset.
Playa Negra Surf Beach House
Amazing views from most rooms in the house. Panoramic views of the whole area from the rooftop patio with daybed. Wake up hearing the sounds of the waves on the reef. We have been doing a lot of remodeling, so the house is getting nicer and nicer as time goes on. More pictures coming soon. We just rent this when we travel, so some of our clothes and personal belongings will be in the house when you stay. We love it here and think this is the best place in Costa Rica you could possibly stay, we hope you will feel the same and love our home and friendly neighborhood as much as we do!

With both a front and back porches you can enjoy your coffee in the morning to the sounds of the monkeys and birds or the same in the evening with a cold cerva or cocktail. Either enjoy walking to the beach or a quick 4 minute drive. Also just a short walk to 2 local restaurants and the Junquillal Supermarket.
